Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new launches), processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates and Methods

We offer the following flat-rate options at checkout:

United States and Canada

Flat Rate Shipping - $5.95
Flat Rate Shipping plus Tracking and Insurance - $9.95

International (Rest of the World)

Flat Rate Shipping - $6.95
Flat Rate Shipping plus Tracking and Insurance - $11.95

We recommend choosing a Tracking and Insurance option so your package is fully traceable and protected from our facility to your door.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped:

United States and Canada: 7-15 business days
International: 10-25 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather, or peak-season volume.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to update.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Incorrect Addresses
