No, and we would rather say so plainly. There is a Juice program on the panel, but this machine is built for hot plant milk, soup and rice paste. If what you want is cold-pressed carrot juice, buy a cold-press juicer instead. If you want hot soy milk without a second pot on the stove, this is the machine.
For soy, oat and rice, no. The ten blades and the boiling cycle break them down completely and it pours smooth. Raw unpeeled almonds are the exception and still leave some texture, which is true of every machine in this category.
Loud, for about forty seconds. It is a motor grinding dry beans, so it sounds like a blender while it works and then goes quiet to cook. If you use the delay start, we suggest setting it for the afternoon rather than early morning. We would rather you know that now than discover it the morning it arrives.
