How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After that, estimated delivery is 7–15 business days to the United States and Canada, and 10–25 business days for international destinations. These are estimates, not guarantees.

How much does shipping cost?

United States and Canada: $5.95 flat rate, or $9.95 with tracking and insurance.
International: $6.95 flat rate, or $11.95 with tracking and insurance.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries. You can see the full list of destinations we serve at checkout. Delivery times and costs vary by destination.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can check its status on our Track Order page. Please allow up to 72 hours for the first tracking update to appear.

How do I choose the right option?

Every product page lists the available options and full product details. If you're still unsure, email us at info@velusive.com before ordering and we'll help you pick.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — you can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, before it enters processing. Email us as soon as possible at info@velusive.com. After that, our return process applies once your order arrives.

What is your return policy?

Will I pay customs or import duties?

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These fees are set by your local customs authority, are the responsibility of the customer, and are not included in the product or shipping price.
